Raul Alberto, the Mexico City-born bilingual singer-songwriter and BMI artist, continues building an international presence through emotionally driven pop music that connects with audiences across cultures. Inspired by legendary artists such as George Michael, Gino Vannelli, and Paul Young, Raul Alberto has developed a musical identity rooted in heartfelt storytelling, timeless melodies, and polished vocal performances that resonate far beyond borders.
Before fully stepping into music, Raul began his artistic journey at a young age as an in-house child actor for Televisa, one of Latin America’s most recognized entertainment networks. That early exposure to performance helped shape the charisma and emotional depth that now define his music career.
Over the years, Raul Alberto has collaborated with several respected names in the music industry, further elevating his artistic profile. He previously worked with multi-Latin Grammy-winning producer Rafa Sardina on the release of his own album, while also collaborating with acclaimed producer Joe Chiccarelli and internationally recognized saxophonist Donny McCaslin. These experiences helped refine his signature sound, blending modern pop influences with classic emotional songwriting.
Currently, Raul Alberto is focused on a series of new singles produced alongside Mariano Alberto. Among the most anticipated releases is his interpretation of “Every Time You Go Away,” the classic song originally written by Daryl Hall and made globally famous by Paul Young. The release pays tribute to one of Raul’s major musical inspirations while introducing the timeless track to a new generation of listeners through his own emotional style and bilingual artistic perspective.
The project is being recorded at Black Lotus Recording Studios in Burbank, California, with contributions from Italian guitarist and producer AM Dandy, a Berklee College of Music alumnus. Sound engineering for the release is handled by UK-based engineer Lewis Morter, bringing together an international creative team that reflects the global vision behind Raul Alberto’s music.
In addition to “Every Time You Go Away,” Raul is also preparing a fresh rendition of Juan Luis Guerra’s beloved classic “Bachata Rosa.” Both releases highlight his ability to reinterpret iconic songs while preserving their emotional essence.
With promotional efforts aimed at audiences in the United States, United Kingdom, Korea, Mexico, and China, Raul Alberto continues expanding his international reach.
