At just 22 years old, British Asian singer-songwriter KANDA is making his mark with a fresh and unique sound. By mixing British rap, Punjabi music, Hindi vocals, and modern international beats, he is connecting with music fans in the UK, India, and around the world.
His latest single, “Majboori,”released on 26 June 2026, shows his musical style perfectly. The song combines Afro House beats with emotional Hindi lyrics, creating a track that is both energetic and meaningful.
> “I wanted ‘Majboori’ to be a song that people could dance to while also feeling the emotion in the lyrics. Mixing Afro House with Hindi vocals helped me bring together different parts of my musical journey. My dream is to make music that connects people across cultures,”says KANDA.

The rest of 2026 is shaping up to be an exciting time for KANDA. He will perform at major events including Godiva in the City and Leamington & Warwickshire Mela, where he will perform alongside Jazzy B. He will also headline a show at Club Mumbai in Vancouver before his first headline concert in London later this year.
