In 1992, Hope Now Ministries USA, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, was established with the goal of helping Ukraine’s least, lost, and last. After the Soviet Union fell, their founder, Rev. Vic Jackopson, accepted an invitation to visit Ukraine, where he saw firsthand the extreme poverty and suffering of the locals. He was moved by the circumstance and felt compelled to spread Jesus’ love and joy to the Cherkassy region of Ukraine.
Over the years, the team at Hope Now has worked tirelessly to improve the lives of orphans, prisoners, and widows. They bring faith to those in need through service, teaching, and love.
