After Kanye West stated that he does not like Kendrick Lamar’s music and wishes he was not on Playboi Carti’s most recent album, TDE president Punch is retaliating.
In addition to having guest vocals on “Mojo Jojo” and “Backd00r,” Kendrick contributes a guest verse on “Good Credit,” where he ostensibly responds to Drake’s defamation lawsuit after his diss track “Not Like Us.”
Kanye shared his first thoughts about the album on X after it was released, and he was not holding back when it came to Kendrick’s contributions.
Ye wrote: “I DONT LIKE KENDRICK LAMARS MUSIC,” even though he had previously collaborated and performed with the Pulitzer Prize winner and even co-produced “Backd00r.” I did not need to hear him on the Carti album, even though he raps really well.
A few hours later, Punch posted a query on X.
“Yes… What is this Kanye West n-gga about? He penned it.
Punch had to ask the same question again after Freddie Gibbs quickly responded with laughing emojis.
“What is wrong with this n-gga man, Freddie?”
The Chicago rap icon claimed that Kendrick was being “propped up” by a selective industry that does not promote Black performers before to his Super Bowl halftime performance in February.
“Kendrick hit his girl,” Drake said. However, unlike the puff video, that is not captured on tape. I am currently in Los Angeles for all four seasons. I am taking a risk by tweeting this. Consequently, accompany me on my walk. Kendrick hit his queen, according to Drake. PUFF HIT CASSIE IS VISIBLE TO EVERYONE. The Super Bowl is where Kendrick is. He tweeted, “PUFF IN IN JAIL,” amid a long and furious tirade.
“They choose which N-ggas they want to put down and which they want to prop up,” he continued. as well as when they choose to. However, every celebrity is frightened and self-centered.

At his Super Bowl performance, Ye also urged his “No More Parties In LA” co-star to openly support Diddy, who is presently incarcerated pending trial on accusations of sex trafficking and racketeering (a request that was turned down).
Kendrick Lamar must scream the super bowl’s free puff. WE ALL UNDERSTAND WHY. In a different post, he added, “And I am going to respectfully leave it light just like that.” That is the hypocrisy, though. While one N-GGA is incarcerated, the other is at the Super Bowl.
In spite of his remarks, Kanye subsequently declared Kendrick’s halftime performance to be his “favorite” since Michael Jackson’s in 1993.
